The Born Again churches are the true
church of Jesus in this Generation 21st Century.
I am born again, but am concerned
about the body of Christ! Apostacy (I mean deep sleep)has invaded the body of
Christ and it seems we are (in medical terms) in intensive care unit, with just
enough oxygen for the heartbeat! The Holy Spirit and the presence of the Lord
is so rare! The power of God is rare. Interpretation of Tongues and tongues are
no more, deliverance sessions-where did they go. Did the demons leave the
earth? True chnristians are powerless? Or we are too saved and full of God? Where
are the revelations and the spirit of discernment? Have the humorous sermons
full of comedy replaced the sermons and services filled with entertainment?
Something is wrong with the patriarchs
and shepherd and the congregation as well.
This doesn’t mean that all is well
let’s make merry play and be happy? Certainly not! The bible says that
Matt 13:25-30 But
while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat,
and went away.26 When the wheat
sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared.27 "The owner's servants came to him
and said, 'Sir, didn't you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the
weeds come from?'28 "'An
enemy did this,' he replied. "The servants asked him, 'Do you want us to
go and pull them up?'29 "'No,' he
answered, 'because while you are pulling the weeds, you may root up the wheat
with them.30 Let both grow
together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First
collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat
and bring it into my barn.'"(NIV)
In the house of God there are weeds
all over the place because the devil has planted them. The scripture above
indicates that we should not uproot them because in the process we may uproot
true churches of Jesus Christ.
We notice that weeds and wheat all
look alike! This means that the weed churches are so identical to the wheat
churches. When I talk about churches, I mean the people in there and not the buildings.
How do we distinguish weeds from wheat without uprooting?
Matt 7:13-21 "Enter
through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads
to destruction, and many enter through it.14 But
small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find
it.15 "Watch out for false
prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious
wolves.
Matt 7:16-21 By
their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or
figs from thistles?17 Likewise every good
tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad
tree cannot bear good fruit.19 Every
tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.20 Thus, by their fruit you will
recognize them.21 "Not
everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but
only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.(NIV)
Many born again christians are
walking on the wide and much treaded path in this world For wide is the gate and broad is the road that
leads to destruction,. Many Christians
are happily treading this path unknowingly through compromising with the world,
the fear of God has varnished, wickedness, permissiveness, pride, self
righteousness, selfish ambitions, fear of man rather than God, storing up
treasures in this world, laziness, emptiness of the Holy Spirit, having itching
ears to listen to what sounds appealing to them, resentment to the real truth,
focus on worldly things rather than heavenly.
The Bible says that
Luke 18:8 I tell you that he will avenge them
speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on
the earth? (KJV)
The trends and direction which the
church of Jesus Christ is taking is worrying and something must be done to save
more people. Many are lost, many don’t know where to go /what to do, many are
confused, the ones who have the truth live in fear of rejection.
The great men of God of this generation
The patriarchs of the gospel in this
generation have grown so powerful in the world to a point where they have been
blinded and are un approachable. Many see their great achievements as a
comfirmation that God is with them and therefore who are you to teach them?
Many great pastors, evangelists, teachers, prophets, apostles, deacons,
ministers, elders, administrators, youth leaders, worship leaders, etc are so “exalted”
beyond what a true Christian should be. Some have even become arrogant they are
blinded. You will see many of them as celebrities instead of being ambassadors of
the kingdom. The flamboyant life styles of the men of God has over shadowed
their ministry. Am not criticizing the anointed ones of the Lord but am hoping
that one of them might read this and see how down they have fallen. These
shepherds of God’s flock are too busy to pray or seek God. They do not care
whether people go to hell or not as long as the people in the church attend and
pay their tithes and offerings. The biggest agenda of these men is how many
people are attending my church and how much offerings did they bring in during
the service. They mind about how famous and well known they are instead of how
much do people know Jesus Christ. They advertize themselves more than God. They
do all this unknowingly and sometimes its their employees (who worship them)
who do it. They cannot teach hard sermons to the congregation because the
members will go to another church. There is so much competition for people that
one wonders whether they are different Christs they serve. It’s a pity because
they serve the same God but fight over the flock. The fight is not physical but
its visible in the church activities and strategy. It is very rare to find a Christian
event which will bring together all the born agains. If it ever happens then
each one will want to speak and if one is not given the chance, next time he
will organize his own event.
The fear to lose church membership
has led to diluted sermons on most pulpits. This has led to unhealthy growth of
the body of Christ.
Like Eli in the bible, who feared to
rebuke his children from fornication and theft, these men fear to tell the
church the truth. Like Eli, who knew that what his children were doing was
wrong but feared them, these men/women know the truth but fear to say it. This
fear is like the one you have while sitting on a tree and you are asked to cut
that branch. These men/women cannot rebuke the people who feed them. The only
revelation they have from God is “How to be prosperous in this world” Some of
these men especially the weed type teach that all offerings and tithes belong
to themselves, they treat God’s church as a business venture. They extort money
with empty promises of miracles and breakthrough. In some cases they obtain
money by false pretense. There is no difference between them and con men. They treasure
the rich members of the church more than the poor. They reserve special seats
in the pew to the rich. They appoint ministers to serve in church leadership
positions based on how rich and influential or famous they may be. These people
run ministries like organizations with a few adjustments. These men were
ordinary people, most of them less educated, were once very poor, very sick and
had no hope but when God gave them chance, they forgot where they came from or
who brought them out of their ditches.To see these men you have to fix an appointment.
Their secretaries will tell you that “the man of God is busy/praying/in meeting”,
yet he could be on facebook/sleeping/conversing/relaxing/eating. These people are
genuine men/women of God but pursue personal interests besides God’sthey are
not false prophets but are still fighting with the flesh. You find a preacher on national television
preaching about “how to save money” why waste so much airtime and money preaching
things which can be learned in school? The hard earned tithes, offerings etc
are sacrifices to God and should be used wisely and we must be good stewards of
God’s resources. Being on national television will cost about $50 per minute! Each
minute is so precious that we should use it to preach the message of
salvation/repentance, the kingdom of God and not earthly matters. You great men
will one day be shocked to learn that in heaven you have no special inheritance
if you squander God’s resources. Why do you fight to prove that you are
Professors/doctors in theology? Why do you reduce the great gift of God to mere
titles? We must be good stewards. We pray for these men in Jesus’ name to wake
up. May This message prompt the great fathers of the faith to remember the
first love for God.
The ordinary Believers
wake up!!!
Its time for you to stop being a
believer and you become a disciple of Jesus Christ.
The church of Christ-the congregation
don’t even bother to search the scriptures to ascertain the teachings and
doctrines of the great men of old. Democracy in the church?These ones have
become too many! This wouldn’t be a problem but having too many babies in one
home is a great challenge.In many cases, These spiritual babies are great and
influential members of society in politics, business, organizations etc. These
people have just enough faith to be born again but don’t know much about being
born again and what it means to be born again. They just carry the name born
again but not the meaning. They don’t know the word of God, some have been born
again for decades but cannot even cast out a flue/cold, they cannot memorize a
verse in the bible. Some do not even have a personal relationship with Christ.
Its just lip service. Many are not filled with the Holy Spirit. Some of these
just rely on what their pastors tell them and they don’t care whether its in
line with God’s word or not.
The problem with Christians in this
generation is that they do not wish to be disciples of Christ but rather they
prefer to be believers and church goers. They don’t want to involve into the
things of God too far. They prefer to be in the middle, neither hot nor cold
but luke warm, they fear to come out boldly and declare that they are born
again because they are not sure they will display their faith in all their
actions.
These babies are spiritual tourists.
They move from one congregation to another for various reasons: some commit
sins and when they are exposed, they run to new churches and start afresh,
others when they are rebuked they join other congregations. Others move in
search for a certain type of gospel which satisfies their feelings and motives
their ears itch to hear certain things especially worldly sermons about
prosperity on earth.
Ever attending church but never
growing spiritually. Have no purpose in church, have no calling, don’t even
know what ministry God has called them to serve. Always students and never
desiring to become teachers/preachers. They think that ministry/preaching is
for a chosen few. And they are not among those. They think its cheap being a
servant of God.
These are a lazy bunch, never
desiring to seek the Lord. They seek selfish interests, to be rich and be
powerful in this world.
These are always grumbling and
complaining about church, They are always bored with church activities. They
think that church is a place of entertainment. They are ever hearing but never
understand. Always seeing but never perceives. Always on the move but have no
objective. They are always searching for something new that they cannot
describe.
They come to church to meet friends
and not God. They are always too busy for church activities.
¨ Dressing code
Many dwarf Christians have become a
stumbling block to others by the way they dress and they don’t even know it.
They claim that God sees the heart and not the dressing. Some dress in expensive wear to show off how rich
they are, while others expose some of their bodies to show blasphemously “the
glory of god”. In the process of trying to be modern we destroy God’s work
which cost Christ’s life on the cross!
You should be ashamed. Not even pegans, muslims, catholics and all kinds of
lairs dress like you foolish Christians. Why do you misuse the liberty given to
us by Christ? You blaspheme God in the way you dress! You must change in Jesus’
Name Amen.
¨ Gospel Entertainment
¨ 1. We are living in a time where
Christians prefer to attend a church
where there is most gospel entertainment on the pulpit. Serious churches are
considered boring.
¨ Born again churches are struggling to
become cinemas
¨ Worship leaders have become gospel
artists-entertainers. These are even paid to go to “minister” in bars and night
clubs in the guise of serving God. They claim that Jesus came for the sinners.
They have led many spiritual babies astray. They are celebrities. They forget
that Lucifer was very good at music till pride crept in his heart. They are so
proud and arrogant. They think they are equal to their pastors because of their
fame. They do not settle in one place to listen to the Word and are un-teachable.
¨ Their worship is not in truth and
spirit but rather its just a show of talent and human glamour.
¨ Read: Exod 32:6 So the
next day the people rose early and sacrificed burnt offerings and presented
fellowship offerings. Afterward they sat down to eat and drink and got up to
indulge in revelry.
The worship
of mammon- money.
We are
living in a time where people believe that if you don’t have money then God
isn't with you! They forget that in :
¡ Matt 6:24 "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one
and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You
cannot serve both God and Money.(NIV)
¨ Money has become an Idol in the
church,It’s the only thing people look for from God not eternity, not His will.,Yet
the love of money is the root of all
evil.Many are saved but not in the area of money.If you don’t have money then
you don’t have God-If you have money then you have God. Does it mean that Bill
Gates and all the richest men of this world are more Christian than the rest of
us? Why have the Christians reduced the Glory of the almighty God to a magician
by making people think that its money that proves His sovereignty? Am not
saying that money is bad but the worship of money is totally wrong. Whether God
gives you money or not He remains God. Read: 1 Tim 6:9-11 People who want to get rich fall into
temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men
into ruin and destruction.10 For
the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money,
have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.11 But you, man of God, flee from all
this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and
gentleness.
Apostasy in born again churches
¨ Rev 3:1-2 "To the angel of the church in Sardis
write: These are the words of him who holds the seven spirits of God and the
seven stars. I know your deeds; you have a reputation of being alive, but you
are dead.2 Wake up! Strengthen
what remains and is about to die, for I have not found your deeds complete in
the sight of my God.(NIV)
¨ Ezek 37:4-10 Then he said to me, "Prophesy to
these bones and say to them, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD!
¨ We must wake up from the deep slumber
as a church, Resurrect the spiritual senses of seeing, hearing from God, Un
aware of the enemy’s schemes
¨ 1 Sam 3:1 The boy Samuel ministered before the LORD under Eli. In those
days the word of the LORD was rare; there were not many visions. (NIV)
¨ When is the last time you had a
vision/dream from God/prophecy come true/ a tongue interpreted?, when is the
last time you cast out a demon? Or they are no longer on this planet?
¨ Christians sue one another to un believers

Adultery, Masturbation, Pornography, Divorce,Gossip, Grumbling,Compromise,Strife,“Stiff

¨ Why did Israel lose the battle in
¨ 1 Sam 4:1-101 And Samuel's word came to all Israel. Now the Israelites went
out to fight against the Philistines. The Israelites camped at Ebenezer, and
the Philistines at Aphek.2 The
Philistines deployed their forces to meet Israel, and as the battle spread, Israel
was defeated by the Philistines, who killed about four thousand of them on the
battlefield.
3 When the
soldiers returned to camp, the elders of Israel asked, "Why did the LORD
bring defeat upon us today before the Philistines? Let us bring the ark of the
LORD's covenant from Shiloh, so that it may go with us and save us from the
hand of our enemies."
4 So the people
sent men to Shiloh, and they brought back the ark of the covenant of the LORD
Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim. And Eli's two sons, Hophni and
Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.
¨ But Uzzah died when he touched the
same!
¨ Why is it that now some one touches
it and doesn’t die? God is not there in the “covenant”
¨ If Ananias and sapphire lied to the
Holy Ghost and they died, today lying is very normal
¨ 5 When
the ark of the LORD's covenant came into the camp, all Israel raised such a
great shout that the ground shook.
¨ 6 Hearing
the uproar, the Philistines asked, "What's all this shouting in the Hebrew
camp?" When they learned that the ark of the LORD had come into the camp,

Philistines were afraid. "A god has come into the camp," they said.

to us! Who will deliver us from the hand of these mighty gods? They are the
gods who struck the Egyptians with all kinds of plagues in the desert.

strong, Philistines! Be men, or you will be subject to the Hebrews, as they

the Philistines fought, and the Israelites were defeated and every man fled to
his tent. The slaughter was very great; Israel lost thirty thousand foot

¨ Being in Ministry cannot save any
body just like Israel wasn’t saved by having the ark
¨ The ark was in the hands of the
wicked. If you are born again saved but still wicked, then repent now
¨ Is there an ark that God has
entrusted in you? Is there a ministry you are a steward to? Then don’t be
wicked.
¨ Being with the ark doesn’t mean that
you have God. Being in ministry or attending church doesn’t mean God is with
you.
¨ The ground shook when empty ark was
brought
¨ Human effort can also cause a false
impression of God’s power and Glory
¨ Don’t look at how much the ground is
shaken but who is actually shaking the ground. Many of us make great events in
the body of Christ, concerts, dinners, prayers, general assemblies etc and many
people turn up! We can create very successful events with God absent and we do
our own stuff. Watch out! Having multitudes doesn’t mean God comes with the
multitudes.
¨ Many people are deceived that when
many Christians gather in one place, then it’s a must God will be present! How wrong!
God will manifest even if there are 3 people. Remember God isn’t democratic. We
cannot hold God at ransom that’s since we are many He must show up? Elijah was
alone against 400 baal false priests, they prayed the whole day in vain but one
man Elijah prayed and God answered. Don’t be fooled by masses of people. Even the
pope and presidents and kings draw crowds but God doesn’t show up in crowds.
¨ If you are saved, then you should get
serious because we are living in the last days. This sounds a usual joke but
its real wake up before its too late. Many Christians are going to hell because
they think there is a lot of time to repent.
